Yes. Ösel’s pouches accommodate both tampon and pad samples. Follow the collection guide included with your kit and record the product you used in the app.
The pink pouch is for inflammation research. The forest green pouch is for microbiome and pH research. Each has its own label, collection date, and sample ID to keep your samples organized.
No. Ösel is not a diagnostic service or a replacement for professional care. Your cycle notes can help you organize questions for your healthcare professional. Cycle estimates should not be used as contraception.
Research participation is a separate choice from personal tracking. You decide what you log, and any research participation requires your consent.
